Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-21
Pre-launch legal notice: Draft for legal review. Launch markets, the Australian governing state and a real contact email must be configured before launch.
1. The service
Into My Wallet is an Australian-operated custom digital artwork and collectible service, similar in operation to a personalised image-printing business. We transform your photo into a made-to-order card. After payment, the approved card is stored permanently and minted to the public Solana wallet address you provide. It is a personal keepsake, not an investment or promise of resale value.
2. International availability
We intend to serve customers internationally where lawful and supported, but do not offer the service in every country. Availability, features and payment methods may be limited by local law, sanctions, service providers or technical support. If we cannot lawfully or reliably fulfil an accepted order, we will cancel and refund it.
3. Your photo
You must have the right to use the photo and permission from identifiable people in it. You keep your existing rights and give us limited permission to host, analyse, transform and share the photo with service providers only as needed to create, deliver and support your order.
4. Public delivery
The finished card or animation, generic metadata, transaction record and receiving wallet address become public when minted. Public blockchain and permanent-storage records can be viewed and copied by anyone and cannot be edited or deleted by us. We do not intentionally publish the original photo or your email address.
5. International payment and wallet details
The checkout price, currency and inclusions apply to your order. Stripe processes payment; we do not receive your full card number. Payment-method availability, currency conversion, taxes and issuer fees may vary by country and provider. You are responsible for the public Solana address you supply and for keeping access to your wallet.
6. Previews and AI output
Watermarked previews are for evaluation. AI output can contain imperfections, and unsafe or unlawful content may be refused. Estimated delivery: usually within 30 minutes, occasionally longer if a service or the blockchain is delayed.
7. Revisions and refunds
Your edition includes the revisions shown at checkout. For preference or quality concerns, we offer the included revisions or a free remake first, then a full refund if it is still not right within 14 days of delivery. Some problems qualify for an immediate refund. Our voluntary guarantee is additional to your legal rights.
8. Use of the finished card
After payment, and subject to third-party rights, you may use the delivered artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not use it to impersonate, deceive, infringe rights or break the law.
9. Governing law and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, including Australian federal law. That choice does not remove any mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights that apply in the country where you live.
10. Changes and disputes
The version accepted with your order applies to that order. Please contact us first about a concern. Nothing here prevents you from using a regulator, court or dispute process available under mandatory law.
